Information presented on this website does not constitute a binding proposal, bid, estimate, engineering opinion, construction contract, purchase order, warranty, or other contractual commitment unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement executed by authorized representatives of Gonzo Solutions, Inc.

Project-specific terms, pricing, scope, schedules, specifications, responsibilities, warranties, and other obligations will be governed by the applicable executed proposal, contract, purchase order, statement of work, change order, or other controlling project document.

2. REQUEST FOR BID

Submitting a Request for Bid through this website does not create a contractual relationship between the submitting party and Gonzo Solutions, Inc.

Requests for Bid are subject to review and may require additional information, including drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, project documents, site information, schedules, or other materials.

Gonzo Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether to pursue or submit a proposal for any project.

Any proposal issued by Gonzo Solutions, Inc. will be subject to the specific terms, conditions, assumptions, exclusions, pricing, validity period, and scope stated within that proposal.

 

3. PROJECT-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Electrical and infrastructure projects may be subject to requirements established by federal, state, county, municipal, utility, permitting, inspection, owner, engineer, architect, general contractor, manufacturer, or other applicable authorities.

Requirements may differ based on project location, project type, system design, equipment, scope, and applicable authority having jurisdiction.

Accordingly, Gonzo Solutions, Inc. does not assume responsibility for work or services that are not expressly included within an applicable written agreement.

4. LAWS, CODES, AND REGULATIONS

Gonzo Solutions, Inc. recognizes that applicable laws, regulations, electrical codes, construction requirements, safety standards, licensing requirements, permitting requirements, and industry standards may change over time.

​

Work performed by Gonzo Solutions, Inc. will be subject to the requirements applicable to the specific project and jurisdiction, as established by applicable law and the governing project documents.

Where applicable, projects may involve requirements established by federal, state, and local authorities, including electrical licensing authorities, OSHA, the National Electrical Code, building and fire authorities, utilities, manufacturers, and other applicable authorities.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a representation that a particular code, standard, license, permit, approval, or regulatory requirement applies to every project.

6. EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT AND AVAILABILITY

Gonzo Solutions, Inc. may provide procurement, sourcing, distribution, delivery, and installation services for electrical equipment and related infrastructure.

​

Equipment availability, manufacturing schedules, pricing, lead times, and delivery dates may change based on conditions outside of Gonzo Solutions, Inc.'s control.

​

Unless expressly guaranteed in an executed agreement, stated lead times and delivery dates are estimates.

Gonzo Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, carriers, governmental authorities, labor disruptions, transportation disruptions, material shortages, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

 

7. SAFETY

Safety is an essential component of Gonzo Solutions, Inc.'s operations.

​

Projects may be subject to applicable workplace safety requirements, OSHA requirements, electrical safety practices, site-specific safety plans, owner requirements, general contractor requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, personal protective equipment requirements, access restrictions, and other applicable safety requirements.

​

Project-specific safety obligations will be established through applicable contracts, project documents, site requirements, and applicable law.

​

Gonzo Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or stop work when conditions present an immediate safety concern or when required safety procedures or applicable requirements are not being followed.

 

8. ENGINEERING AND DESIGN

Unless expressly identified in an executed agreement, Gonzo Solutions, Inc. does not represent that it is providing engineering, architectural, structural, electrical design, or other professional design services.

Where professional engineering or other licensed services are required, such services will be performed or provided by appropriately qualified professionals as established by the applicable project documents.

​

Project owners, engineers, architects, and other responsible parties remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of documents and information provided to Gonzo Solutions, Inc., except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

​

9. SITE CONDITIONS

Project proposals and schedules may rely upon information supplied by customers, owners, contractors, engineers, architects, or other project participants regarding existing conditions, site access, utilities, equipment, dimensions, drawings, underground conditions, structural conditions, and other relevant circumstances.

Conditions that differ materially from the information provided may require changes to scope, pricing, materials, schedule, or other project requirements.

Additional work resulting from changed or concealed conditions may be addressed through the applicable change-order or contract procedures.

​

10. CHANGES TO SCOPE

Changes to drawings, specifications, equipment, schedules, site conditions, owner requirements, or other project conditions may affect project pricing and schedules.

​

Where required, changes will be documented through written change orders, amendments, revised proposals, or other applicable project documentation.

​

Website submissions, informal communications, or verbal requests do not automatically authorize additional work unless permitted by the applicable contract.

​

11. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Customers and project participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for Gonzo Solutions, Inc. to evaluate a project, prepare a proposal, procure equipment, or perform contracted services.

This may include:

  • Drawings and plans

  • Specifications

  • Equipment schedules

  • Site information

  • Existing-condition information

  • Project schedules

  • Owner requirements

  • Procurement requirements

  • Applicable standards

  • Access requirements

  • Other project documentation

Gonzo Solutions, Inc. may reasonably rely upon information supplied by authorized project participants unless otherwise required by the applicable agreement.

12. CONFIDENTIAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Data centers, electrical infrastructure, industrial facilities, and other critical infrastructure projects may involve confidential or security-sensitive information.

Users should not submit passwords, access credentials, private keys, security procedures, or other sensitive security information through general website forms or email.

​

Gonzo Solutions, Inc. may establish separate secure methods for exchanging sensitive project information when appropriate.

 

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Gonzo Solutions, Inc. name, trademarks, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, written materials, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Gonzo Solutions, Inc.
